Lying in the heart of the Sussex Downs, Silletts Cottage Restaurant, established in 1985, offers all the ingredients for that perfect meal at a real country restaurant. A Grade II listed farmhouse, parts of the building date back to 1540.

Open 7 days, for lunch, afternoon teas and dinner (closed Sunday dinner). You can enjoy home-cooked foods and an excellent selection of wines in a quiet, charming and relaxed atmosphere which is as pleasurable in summer as winter.

In summer guests can sit in the pretty cottage garden, and in winter they can relax in front of the crackling log fire in the lounge. Silletts Cottage caters for weddings, anniversaries and private or business parties.

Silletts Cottage is a recipient of the "Only the Best for Excellence in Food Safety" award, given by Wealden District Council in recognition of its dedicated commitment to high standards in all areas.
